The hotel offered immediate solutions to resolve heating issues we faced in our room. the staff were efficient and readily available. the beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect. all staff were helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
my mom moved items in the mini fridge and i informed the front desk about it. i was charged $150.00 later. i requested a refund but the hotel never responded to me.

The hotel has a high score for walkability, it is close to everything. the area allows quick access to key attractions and the downtown core. This makes exploring convenient. public transportation options are readily available nearby.

the beautiful room king bed was superior and included everything needed for a complete stay. the rooms contained modern amenities, such as super clean bathrooms and secure door locks! the bed offered a wonderful sleeping experience.

I found a very fast check-in procedure. They stored our luggage securely until our room was ready. The staff texted us when our room was ready. I found the experience really good and I did appreciate the extra included meals.

The concierge team was very kind and attentive, I felt that they were always willing to help. Staff offered to take use to the Queen Elizabeth's Park with their car service. They noticed it was my birthday and sent a chocolate cake.

The hotel is near the Lynn canyon suspension bridge, free. It is also close to the Rocky Mountain train ride. The hotel is close to totum poles and the Port. I found this a great location.

The rooms have heating amenities. The hotel immediately fixed the heating issues in the room. The hotel did keep the rooms clean and quiet, so it felt very comfortable. I admire the attention to detail.

i found hair in the dryer which was disappointing. the bathtub looked worn. i was charged twice for my stay despite notifying the front desk.
